He has more than 35 years experience, knowledge, skills and qualifications as a Senior Fire and Emergency Services Officer with CFA and Queensland Fire and Emergency Services. And has served as CFA Director Strategic and Operational Planning, State Fire Commander/Controller and in other senior state, regional and group level positions. He is a specialist in large scale fire services delivery, operation, change, management, strategic leadership, corporate and strategic planning, fire prevention and protection in complex fire and emergency services in large scale high risk metro, urban and rural environments.
